Our Personal Leadership Development program has been specifically designed to provide post-graduate business students with improved soft skill abilities. Though not a requirement in many business programs, studies show that soft skill development helps business students develop a growth mindset, emotional and cultural intelligence, psychological insights, conflict management skills, coaching and mentoring abilities, insights into ethics, power and politics, and other valuable people skills. Soft skill trained students report that, besides their business skills, their people skills have enabled successful collaborations, team/project work, leadership assignments and global negotiations.
